Excellent progress continues to be made in the renovation of Old Main as crews advance toward project completion.
In the basement, painting is nearly complete while flooring preparations and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) device installation continue.
On the first floor, door frames and slabs are being installed, overhead MEP and lighting systems are taking shape, and veneer paneling is wrapping up.
The second floor is seeing ongoing flooring installation, MEP device installation, finish work, and final cleaning activities.
On the third floor, crews are addressing pre-punch list items and completing cleaning, while the fourth floor has entered the final punch list phase.
With finishing work progressing throughout the building, we're steadily moving closer to welcoming the campus community back into this beautifully restored historic landmark.
