Who are we?

The Mayville State University Child Development Programs (MSU CDP) has been providing comprehensive programming to Head Start and Child Care families since 1991, to Early Head Start families since 2002 with an expansion in the city limits of Grand Forks, ND in 2010. The MSU CDP provides collaborative programming designed to meet the changing needs of families across the rural service area of Traill, Steele, Nelson and Grand Forks counties in eastern North Dakota. Health & Safety (COVID) Plan

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services published a final rule in January of 2023 that removes the requirement for universal masking for all individuals ages 2 and older. The final rule requires that Head Start Programs have an evidence-based COVID-19 mitigation policy, developed in consultation with their Health Services Advisory Committee. Below, you will find the approved mitigation policy. This has been approved by our HSAC, Policy Council, and Grantee Board and has taken effect as of 3-7-2023.
