First Floor: Structural upgrades are 90% complete. Some MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) overhead installation has begun.

Third Floor: Framing is complete. Overhead MEPF installation is complete, and in-wall MEPF installation is 85% complete.

Fourth floor: The brick facade on both the east and west additions is 60% complete. Skylights are installed, and the roof system is 90% complete.
