The Auction

The MSU Foundation has traditionally sponsored a fundraising auction in conjunction with the Farmers Bowl. That event is being reinvented and won't be held together with Farmers Bowl, but rather will be unveiled at a later date. Look for exciting news about the auction that is planned for Feb. 2, 2019.

Comet Coneflowers 2018.jpgOriginal Artwork Raffle - Comet Coneflowers

For the 16th time, artist and MSU alumnus Doug Anderson, Cavalier, N.D., has created and donated a watercolor painting that will be raffled as part of the fund-raising efforts of the Mayville State University Foundation in conjunction with the Farmers Bowl Auction. Mayville State graduate Kelly Morrison has donated the cost of framing the piece.

Anderson's work, "Comet Coneflowers," features beautiful white conflowers intertwined with blue hued flowers in a peaceful scene on the Mayville State campus.

Raffle tickets sell for $5.00 each. They may be purchased at the MSU Foundation and from various community members. The drawing will be held at half time of the Farmers Bowl football game on Sept. 8.

We have just learned that we may not sell raffle tickets online. To purchase a ticket, please send a check ($5 for each ticket purchased) to MSU Foundation, 330 Third Street NE, Mayville, ND  58257. Checks must be received no later than Thursday, Sept. 6.
