The Mayville State University Division of Education will host a science carnival for area students Monday, February 26, 2024 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the MSU Campus Center Luckasen Room. The planned activities are geared toward children who are ages pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. Students and their parents are welcome to attend and come and go as their schedules allow.
Those who attend will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of STEM-related activities led by Mayville State University teacher education pre-service teachers, including math and science majors, as well as science experts. Various carnival activities will include making fluffy slime, homemade ice cream, and glo-germs. There will be a Lego Challenge as well.
