The MSU Foundation and Alumni Association are sponsoring a trip to Scotland and Ireland next summer. The tour will depart July 11, 2020 and return July 22. Stops will include Glasgow, Loch Ness, Nairn, Edinburgh, Belfast, Dublin, Killarney, Bunratty and Galway.

The Mayville State University Foundation and Alumni Association have previously sponsored trips to Norway, Italy, and Alaska, and the response has been terrific. Tour groups have enjoyed amazing sights, sounds, and tastes in fabulous places of the world, escorted by Mayville State hosts, former MSU President Dr. Gary Hagen and his wife, Debbie.

On the “Taste of Scotland & Ireland” tour, tourists can expect unforgettable evenings of music, ceremony, theatre, and dance; enjoy farm life while sampling fresh baked scones with tea and watching a sheep herding demonstration; discover the rich history and local lore of Edinburgh, Galway, and Dublin with local guides; and visit Titanic Belfast and be immersed in the history of the famous liner through state of the art displays.

A discount of $175 is available for those who register by Sept. 24, 2019. The detailed itinerary and early registration form is available at www.mayvillestate.edu/ireland.
