The MSU Foundation will host a fun-filled holiday celebration Friday evening, December 1, and all Mayville State friends, alumni, and community members are invited to attend. The evening will start off with socializing and light hors d’oeuvres from 7 to 8 p.m. The fabulous Downtown Horns will play from 8 to 11 p.m. The festivities will take place in the MSU Campus Center Luckasen Room.
“The event will provide a venue for making memories with friends while kicking off the holiday season,” said Mayville State Director of Alumni Affairs Beth Swenson. “Business owners or other groups could consider this venue as a place to hold a holiday celebration for their employees or organization members. Admission tickets would also make a great holiday gift for someone. We are selling individual tickets, or you may buy a table of 10.”
All proceeds of the event will benefit the students of Mayville State University through the work of the MSU Foundation. Generous sponsorships from Mark and Mary Jo Amb, Tim and Sue Strand, Tim Garrett, Mark Osland, Corey and Tracy McGillis, and Matt and Tanya Strand will ensure a greater impact.
Tickets sell for $35 each and may be purchased online at www.mayvillestate.edu/holidaycelebration2023. Tickets may also be purchased at the offices of the MSU Foundation at the Edson and Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center. To purchase tickets by mail, send a check to MSU Foundation, 330 Third Street NE, Mayville, N.D. 58257. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on the evening of the event for $40 each.
