Kaldor_Bundermann_Rader-web.jpgA great response from prospective students and families, as well as the Mayville State campus community, has prompted Mayville State University President Dr. Gary Hagen to announce that “Mayville State Mania” will be extended through the month of April, with the same incentives that were offered in March.

As part of “Mayville State Mania,” the $35 application fee will be waived for the entire month of April. In addition, a number of other incentives are being offered this month. Those who take a campus tour, either in person on campus or online, will receive a $250 housing credit for the Fall Semester of 2017 and a $100 textbook bundle credit from the MSU Bookstore for the Fall Semester of 2017. To top it off, all who visit during the month of April will be entered into a drawing for MSU’s Golden Ticket - 50% off tuition for the Fall Semester of 2017. There will be lots of giveaways and weekly drawings throughout the month. (Disclaimers apply to each of these incentives.)

Winner of the Mayville State Golden Ticket for the month of March was Daniell Rader from Webster, N.D. Dani is a senior at Starkweather (N.D.) Public School and will be attending Mayville State in the Fall Semester of 2017, pursuing a major in early childhood education.

During the initial month of “Mayville State Mania,” the number of campus visits nearly tripled from the norm. This corresponds to a substantial increase in the number of application for admission submitted.

This is a great time for high school seniors and people looking to complete their degrees or enhance their skills to better their careers to check out Mayville State as a possible college home for the Fall Semester of 2017. Mayville State offers more than 77 majors, minors, and pre-professional programs. With this great variety of opportunities, there are affordable, quality academic plans of study that will help students achieve their goals and kick start their careers.
