DECA_pumpkin_painting.jpgTwenty-five Mayville State University Collegiate DECA and business communication students enjoyed a pumpkin painting activity with residents of Luther Memorial Home in Mayville on Oct. 20. The students enjoyed being paired with residents and selecting brushes and paint colors together, while getting to know one another. They all agreed that this was great way to celebrate fall and enjoy the beautiful colors of nature. Names were shared, laughter was heard, and joy was felt.

“I think this was a great opportunity for us to get to know some of the special people of the community and a way to say ‘thank you’ for all we have received from Mayville,” said DECA president, Jordan Johnson. “We had so much fun getting to know the residents!”
