International Cuisine Day: Southern Soul Food Flavors

Enjoy southern soul food served in the MSU cafeteria.Chefs Darrell and Celena Randle are originally from Brooklyn, N.Y. and Miami Fla. In 2016, they opened their restaurant, Daran's. Their specialty is southern soul and West Indian food. When asked what makes their food special, they say, "It's the amount of love, care, and flavor that goes into it. But we'll let you be the judge!"
