Kim Holder has been named Dean of Enrollment Management at Mayville State University effective immediately. Holder has served as Interim Dean of Enrollment for the last several months. During this time, the university achieved historic record-breaking enrollment, while she has worked with key stakeholders to provide operational redesign and organizational restructuring.
Kim Holder is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning higher education, retail, technology, manufacturing, and other industries. She is skilled in designing and implementing programs that recruit, develop, and retain top talent, drawing on both corporate and entrepreneurial experience. As a strategic partner, she delivers value‑added initiatives that support organizational priorities and drive business success.
Holder became Mayville State’s Human Resources Director in May of 2023. In addition to her human resources role, she has taken on additional responsibilities associated with directing the Mayville State Bookstore. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mayville State in 1989.
