Why did you choose to attend Mayville State University?
I chose to attend Mayville State University because it is affordable. The small campus is welcoming, and the one-on-one connection you get from professors is nice.
What do you like best about the major you’re pursuing?
What I like best about my major is that I will one day be able to impact young lives and set them on a path of success.
What do you like best about Mayville State in general?
I love the small campus. It is very welcoming and makes you feel at home.
Do you participate in any activities related to your major/minor? Internships? Work Study? Other?
I am in Student Education Association, and I work in the Academic Affairs office.
Have you had any unique opportunities, in or out of the classroom, while you’ve been enrolled at Mayville State?
I have had the opportunity to get an on-campus job which is convenient and allows me to get to know more students and faculty.
What MSU clubs, organizations, or athletic activities to you participate in?
I participate in SEA, Cometeers, CRU, jazz band, and band.
How have these activities enhanced your college experience?
These groups have given me something to do while giving me the opportunity to meet new people.
What has been your greatest moment as a Mayville State student?
My greatest moment has been getting accepted for my on-campus job. It means a lot because I will now have those connections as the years go on.
What are your plans after graduating from Mayville State?
I plan to get a job as a teacher.
