* Send cash or check to MSU Foundation by January 29. Enter "Super Bowl Square" in the memo line. Mail to MSU Foundation, 330 Third Street NE, Mayville, ND 58257. If payment is not received by January 29, your name will be removed from the square.

Rules
* The four winners will be:
- End of the 1st quarter - 10% of pot ($1,000 max)
- End of the 2nd quarter - 10% of the pot ($1,000 max)
- End of the 3rd quarter - 10% of the pot ($1,000 max)
- End of the game (4th quarter or OT) - 10% of pot ($1,000 max)
* If a blank spot is a winner, money will go to the White Hats.
