Dustin Olson, associate professor of business at Mayville State University, was named the recipient of the Mountain-Plains Business Education Association College/University Teacher of the Year Award for 2020. Normally, the award would have been presented at the M-PBEA annual convention in 2020, but the convention was cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, the organization recognized Olson on June 15, during their 2021 convention held in Fort Worth, Texas.
The Mountain-Plains Business Education Association (M-PBEA) is an affiliate of the National Business Education Association. The National Business Education Association (NBEA) is the nation's largest professional organization devoted exclusively to serving individuals and groups engaged in instruction, administration, research, and dissemination of information for and about business. NBEA is the leading association devoted to the recognition that business education competencies are essential for all individuals in today's fast-changing society.
