Mini Heart Health Fair

Feb 22nd 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Campus Center Luckasen Room - Stan Dakken Drive, Mayville, ND

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. To prevent heart disease and increase awareness of its effects, Mayville State University is proudly participating in American Hearth month with a Mini Heart Health Fair. The good news is that heart disease can often be prevented when people make healthy choices and manage their health conditions. Lower your risks by eating healthy and getting active. Participants in the Mini Heart Health Fair are Karisa Gullickson with Sanford Health Wellness, Build Your Own Seasonings; Bryan Karolus with MSU Dining Services, healthy eating demo; Allison Gibson, Zumba; and Chris McInnes, MSU Nurse, blood pressure readings. Sanford Clinic's Move for Life program will also be represented. Register to win a Fitbit!
