Dr. Faith Wambura Ngunjiri, professor of leadership & ethics at Concordia College, will present "Why Students Need Leadership Training." From the faculty/staff perspective, a baseline should be established with the importance of leadership training/enhancement, all for the betterment of Mayville State University students.
