How to Set Image as Virtual Background in Zoom

  • Right-click on the image of your choice. Click Save image as... and save it to your desired location.
  • Launch a Zoom meeting.
  • Click on the up arrow next to the camera icon on the bottom left of your Zoom window.

  • Select the Choose Virtual Background option.

  • Click on the + on the right-hand side below the current image in your settings.
  • Click Add Image

  •  Find your saved image and select it.

If this does not work for you, your computer may not have the technical requirements to run a virtual background without a green screen. Check the Zoom requirements for more information.
