Mayville State University Foundation Executive Director John Klocke, together with Lindsey Brown, Mayville State alumnus and representative of Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Land Management, will present a seminar regarding North Dakota farm land Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The seminar will be held in the Edson and Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center at Mayville State University. The Larson Center is located at the corner of Third Avenue and Stan Dakken Drive.
Those who attend will have an opportunity to learn about market trends, tax exchange, land values, and cash rents in North Dakota, along with selling land through a charitable trust for retirement income and tax advantages. Complimentary breakfast will be provided and there is no charge to attend the seminar.
