The public is invited to meet Mayville State’s newly named head football coach Jeff Larson at a news conference planned for Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 4 p.m. in the MSU Campus Center Luckasen Room. Those in attendance will hear from Coach Larson, as well as MSU Athletic Director Ryan Hall and MSU President Dr. Brian Van Horn. There will be a time for questions and answers.
Following the news conference, the NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball National Championship selection show will be streamed via the Internet in the MSU Campus Center Luckasen Room. A short program will begin at 4:45 p.m., followed by the selection show at 5 p.m. The public is invited to hear from the coaches, meet and visit with the players, and enjoy refreshments while learning who the Comets will face in the opening round of the national championship in Sioux Falls, S.D. next week.
