Community members are invited to meet the 2019-2020 Mayville State Comet student athletes at a meet and greet social planned for Wednesday, Sept. 4 at Mayville’s Island Park. The Comets will be available for handshakes and photo ops between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m.
Prior to the meet and greet social, the Comet Athletic Club board will be serving a meal to the athletes. This gives them the opportunity to get together as a group and to meet other student athletes who they may not already know.
“We hope you’ll come out to Island Park between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. on Sept. 4 to meet this year’s Comets. We’ve got a great group of student athletes and we’re eager for you to get to know them,” said Ryan Hall, MSU athletic director.
