WBB_at_sanford.jpgThe Mayville State University women's basketball team took some time to visit some very special kids Monday morning, January 11. The team spent a couple of hours at the Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo. They had a chance to interact and visit with patients and their families, while spreading a little cheer. members of the team brought gifts representing Mayville State University and the basketball program for each child and his or her family. 

"This was an opportunity for our team to 'give back' to a group of people dealing with some adversity in their lives," commented Comets head coach Dennis Hutter. "We are very fortunate and proud to represent Mayville State, both on and off the floor. We thank the MSU enrollment services office for supplying some goodies for us to hand out. We also thank Kay and her staff at Sanford Children's Hospital for their help in making this opportunity available for us this time of year."
