Mayville State University Comets baseball has announced that Saturday, April 15 will be Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Awareness Day during their games versus Dickinson State University at Mayville State’s Scott Berry Field. Game time is 1 p.m. Shirts designating the day will be available for sale and donations will be accepted. All proceeds will benefit the National MS Society.

The vision of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is a world free of MS. Everything the organization does is focused so that people affected by MS can live their best lives. MS is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body.

Saturday, April 29 will be Family Day and Military Appreciation Day with the Comets. Game time is 12 noon at Scott Berry Field. Shirts designating the day will be sold and donations will be accepted. All proceeds will go to Anderson-Hefta Post #93, Lloyd I Nelson Post #4221, and Leon M. Mosher Post #8.

Saturday, April 8 was Breast Cancer Awareness Day at the Mayville State baseball games versus Waldorf University. All proceeds of the event were donated to Hospice of North Dakota.

The Comets invite the community to come out and watch the games and support these worthy causes.
